Recent courtroom drama focused on the persistent tactic of "payola" in network radio has brought a few changes to corporate radio and will be enforced by the FCC. In part, the national radio chains must grant up to 8,400 half-hour air segments to local and independent music.

ABC's Nina Jimenez interviewed Will Edwards at Starbird Studios to get his reaction. The broadcast also gave airtime to three priority artists on Tangled Records - Cory Wilkins, Tim Mudd and JTurtle.

Will Edwards and Tim Mudd, both priority artists on Tangled Records announced that they have booked their West Coast Tour 2007. This tour will consist of dates between San Diego, California and Vancouver, British Columbia. The tour will take place between 4/15 - 5/1 2007.

Aaron Bowen is as much loved by his musical audience as he is by the community of artists that he works for - as a reknowned producer and engineer. Aaron has been working dilegently on his newest release which Tangled Records will distribute later in 2007. In addition to his relief at finally having become a star, Aaron also received his mandatory $1 billion check.

Cory Wilkins ended 2006 with a splash, winning 3 LA music awards including Best Rock Album of the Year! In 2007, Cory has joined with the good folks at Tangled Records and is planning a new tour in the summer of '07!

ChannelOut represents the power of the internet in music. By connecting artist websites around the web-globe, Tangled Records has created a unified and powerful advertising network that makes thousands of impressions per day. ChannelOut will be one of many tools used to promote artists and events.

Will Edwards is featured on a new CD compilation called Staring at the Sun. This project, a brainchild of OB Music Mafia kingpin Chuck Schiele and music journalist Bart Mendoza represents the finest of "America's Finest City" - San Diego. Will's track City Walls was first released on his debut CD Lookout Road and was nominated for a San Diego Music Award.

JTurtle is featured on the new Sony Mylo mp3 player and is in good company with four other well-known acoustic musicians that all have their music pre-installed on each new Mylo.

JTurtle signs to Tangled Records for $1 billion. He is said to have decided to go to Disneyland now that he is finally a big star!
